Know the FACTS!
If you are a new faculty member, you are probably in a current state of information-overload, being bombarded with all sorts of information as you start your new position. One important decision you'll make very soon is how you will invest in your retirement.
Before you make a decision, be armed with honest, impartial information on your options so you can make an INFORMED CHOICE that is best for you. The Texas Association of College Teachers (TACT) collaborated with TCCTA to develop 'An Analysis of Possibilities for ORP/TDA,' which will aid you in your decision-making.
We encourage you to take 10 minutes to read the analysis, so you know the facts. After you read this, you'll know which route is best for you or be armed with the right questions to ask to make that decision.
