Specific issues of interest to TACT include the Appropriations Committee reviewing the current higher ed institutions’ formula funding process. The Higher Education Committee will study alternatives to tuition revenue bonds (public/private partnerships) for new construction and ensuring that dual credit classes reflect authentic, college-level rigor.
