Covid-19 has changed everything, including the landscape of workforce needs.
The National Academies of Science, Engineering and Medicine hosted six virtual workshops in different regions to determine the immediate and future skills needed for their disciplines. In these workshops, best practices from community colleges, 4-year universities, technical programs and more were shared. A detailing of the outcomes as well as recorded workshops can be found here.
